Now more than ever, we’d like to recreate the connections between our people at Onehunga Cafe.
By changing our operating model to meet the Government definition of ‘Safe Operations’, which is contactless, we can help prevent contact risk, while serving our community.
As we continue to modify operations, we will always do so with Government direction and customer safety top of mind.
We are creating a contactless environment for both staff and customers, while ensuring 100% of our customers feel cared for and nurtured, as part of our community.
Through the lens of staff and customer safety, this new operating model has been created to enable ‘Safe Operations’ delivering our product and experience in the safest possible way and meeting the Alert Level 2 principles.

Covid-19 has brought about unprecedented change for all of us, and as a result has affected the way we are able to operate.
We are very proud to be a part of this community, which has taken such a strong stand against this pandemic and we consider ourselves very lucky to have all of you behind us.
Our efforts have made it possible to reopen Onehunga Cafe under level 3, where you will be able to contactlessly order coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We understand that all the changes we have put in place, in order to live up to (and on some points exceed) the MOH regulations, will require some getting used to and we would like to thank all for your patience, understanding and ongoing support.
We look forward to seeing you all again soon!
